Make a small project just doing what you want you want with the lines, when there is a lot it is hard to work out what is happening, you can then add to your main project.

Try putting a no trade/order above it. By having a if and no means you may as well delete these blocks. To put pending at set levae, just place on that level.

Every TF is set to current? If you want 1 block to look at a different TF, you need to set it.

Without going too far into this, why 2 different buffers? This is what I meant, what doesn't work? To test put your 2 buffers into a comment, so you can visually see the levels you are working with.

Not too sure what these settings mean, but I think it means small spread. It makes no difference to me, set the EA up to work on the used spread

For a start this is on 1m, spread will take most profit, there is not enough information to wok out what something is doing.

I would use > 09:00, so doesn't rely on Tick to happen at a set time, time filter set to 1 minute would do this.
