    • RE: Obtaining 200 MA of OBV indicator

      @leventecsibi here:
      https://fxdreema.com/shared/yZovgxaae

      It calculates the average for close prices, you can change the indicator to your liking, just remember to set the candle id and adjust like I did.

      This is not the best solution, though, because on every new bar, the EA must calculate all 200 values again and again. If you want to get more efficient, learn arrays.

    • RE: Increase lots after x losses

      If you want to get creative, you can make it an exponential function so that lots grow more when there is more lost trades (I dont recommend this but its fun to backtest):

      MathPow(baselot + lost*multilot, 2)

      @jzfusion sure. I would make two constants:

      baselot = 0.1
      multilot = 0.01

      then just copy-paste this function inside the "fixed volume" field:
      baselot + lost*multilot

    • RE: Heiken Ashi smoothed indicator into EA

      @bsinclair must be the indicators, then. This is why I never use custom indicators, they are always trouble lol 😄

      Troubleshoot the project by breaking it to smaller parts.. The comment block and simple draw line block are great troubleshooting tools

      @bsinclair Its your margin condition. 0 is never above 1. Change it to "return infinite"

    • RE: Heiken Ashi smoothed indicator into EA

      Its an easy fix, just connect the yellow of "no position" to the trailing stop, just like my red line.

      If you think about it, FALSE of "no position" is the exactly same as TRUE of "if trade".

    • RE: Time Problem with dax

      Maybe your broker has dax quotes a couple minutes before trading begins, so the EA tries to make the trades when its not allowed yet.. Check the journal tab, maybe theres some clue

      @ranjayforex Skipping ticks is full of bugs, I dont use it.
      This is one solution.. If you have further questions, maybe you should create separate thread for it.

    • RE: Error with parabolic SAR EA from fxDreema

      @azzazel hi.

      I dont know about the error, but you cant use a cross condition like this. The yellow (FALSE) of cross above doesn't mean cross below. It just means "not cross above".

    • RE: Hi guys, how do I enable two non-concurrent conditions?

      @bvc This means that osma must fall for all 6 six candles:

      @bvc Just like this. But this only checks candles 0 and 6, 12345 can be anything. If you need be more precise, theres a block "indicator fall".
